The value of Calibrate
At the end of the day, everyone in education is trying to achieve the same thing: more employable graduates. But how do you know what you're teaching achieves that goal? That's where Calibrate comes in by helping you answer two crucial questions. What skills should I be teaching? How do I know?
If you want more employable graduates, at some point you're going to have to reach out to the people who hire them and get their input. And that's the real value of Calibrate. It makes it easy to reach out to those in industry and answer that first question above. And you'll know the answer to the second question because those who hire the graduates told you so.
