Step 1 Skill Set view
- Navigate to the Job Profile and click it.
- Click the Skills tab.
- Slide the View By Skill Sets slider to the right.
Step 2 Assign a Skill to a Skill Set
- Click Organize.
- Select the skill(s) from the Ungrouped Skills category.
- Click Assign.
- To assign to existing Skill Sets, select one or more existing Skill Sets.
- To assign to a new Skill Set, enter the new Skill Set name into the search box and click create new.
- Click Finish when done assigning skills.
Step 3 Move a Skill From One Skill Set to Another
- Locate the skill you want to move in the skills list and select it.
- Click Assign.
- Deselect the current Skill Set(s) and select the new Skill Set(s).
- Click Finish and then click Cancel.
Step 4 Remove a Skill From a Skill Set
- Locate the skill you want to remove in the skills list and select it.
- Click Assign.
- Deselect the current Skill Set(s) you want to remove it from.
- Click Finish and then click Cancel.
Step 5 View Which Skill Sets a Skill is in
- Locate the skill in any Skill Set it's in and select it.
- Scroll to the bottom of the right column.
