Purpose: This document provides step-by-step instructions for creating and managing Skill Sets in Calibrate.
Audience: This document is meant to be used by Job Profile Editors when they are editing skills or aligning skills in a Job Profile. Creating Skill Sets can make those tasks easier.
Before you begin: A Skill Set is a group of skills which are grouped together according how they comprise a single competency within a Job Profile. Grouping skills into Skill Sets is an account-wide feature. In other words, any changes you make to Skill Sets in your Job Profile will be visible to any user on any Job Profile in your account utilizing the same skills.
You can find the definition of the capitalized words used in this User Guide in the SkillsEngine dictionary located here.
