Purpose: This document provides step-by-step instructions for generating an Alignment Details Report (XLSX) and an Alignment Summary Report (PDF).
Audience: This document is meant to be used by educators, and others interested in curricula, to get a sense of how well aligned an Award is to its Target Profiles.
Assumptions:
- The Award is published. In the event it's still in the draft state, you’ll have publish it before you can generate any reports.
- You are starting at the Award's Dashboard.
- You have Excel or some other spreadsheet program that can open an XLSX file.
- You have a PDF reader like Adobe Acrobat Reader or similar.
Instructions:
Generate an Alignment Details Report
1] In the upper right of the Award Dashboard, click the three dot menu.
2] From the menu that appears, click Alignment Details Report.
4] After a short delay, the award ready notice appears. Click Download file.
5] Save the file to your local computer.
NOTE: The file has the following format: Alignment-Details-<<Award Title>>-<<Revision number>>.xlsx |
5] Open the file in Excel or some other spreadsheet program.
Generate an Alignment Summary Report
6] In the upper right of the Award Dashboard, click the three dot menu.
7] From the menu that appears, click Alignment Summary Report.
8] After a short delay, the award ready notice appears. Click Download.
9] Save the file to your local computer.
NOTE: The file has the following format: AwardProfileReport-<<Award Title>>-<<Revision number>>.pdf |
10] Open the file in Acrobat Reader or similar.
