Switching Between Multiple Accounts in Calibrate

Why have multiple accounts?

As an editor and creator of Job Profiles in Calibrate, you have the ability to invite Reviewers to provide feedback to your Job Profile. When a Reviewer creates an account and logs in, they have a different view of your Job Profile than you do. Sometimes it would be nice to able to see what Reviewers see.

In the past, to see what a Reviewer sees required you to create a separate Reviewer account with a different email, but not anymore. Now, with one email, you can create multiple accounts (with multiple roles) and switch between the two without ever having to log out of Calibrate.

Notice

In the event you bookmark a link to a Job Profile for later use, and when you attempt to reach that Job Profile via that link you get a 404 Page Not Found error, it's because you're logged into the wrong account. You must switch to the correct account to access that Job Profile because you can only view Job Profiles in an account you're current logged into.

Switching between multiple accounts

1] From any page in Calibrate, in the upper right click on your account name.

2] From the dropdown menu, choose Switch Accounts.

3 From the Switch Accounts popup, click the dropdown menu arrow.

4] From the dropdown menu, choose the account you want to switch to.

5] You're taken to the appropriate page for that account.
