The Job Profile Dashboard

The Job Profile Dashboard is the starting point for reviewing, editing and managing the skills and other details in a Job Profile. It also gives a quick indication of the status of the skills in the Job Profile.

The Sections of the Job Profile Dashboard

The Job Profile Dashboard is divided into seven sections.

1] Header

Displays the Job Profile name, along with the revision number and its status (e.g., Draft).

Also part of the header are the action buttons and the three dot menu. The action buttons are used to change the state of the Job Profile, while the three dot menu offers options for things to do with the Job Profile.

2] Tab Menu

Just below the header, the tab menu lets you jump from Overview to Skills to Validation view.

3] Summary

Gives a quick breakdown of the count of the different skill types in the Job Profile, as well as the number of pending skill suggestions and skill rating discrepancies.

4] Validation

Gives a view of the number of Reviewers validating the Job Profile and the status of each.

5] Details

Displays the details of the Job Profile including title, version and description.

6] Blueprints

Displays a list of the Blueprints which are part of the Job Profile.

7] Associations

Displays Calibrate items associated with the Job Profile including Awards and Clusters Profiles.
