The Alignment Details Report for an Award is an Excel spreadsheet which contains all the details for a given Award. To learn the basics of how to use the report, see the Utilizing a Alignment Details Report knowledgebase article.
This article shows you how to extract even more information from the report by filtering the sheets in the report.
Preparing to Filter a Sheet
On the sheet you want to filter, in the upper right corner, click the Sort & Filter dropdown and then click Filter.
Filter controls appear at the top of each row.
Filtering the All Skills Sheet
To see the additional skills (i.e., those not required for any Target Profile) in the Award, click the filter control at the top of the "Additional" column and from the dropdown menu select only the "*".
Click OK.
To remove the filter, in the filter dropdown menu choose Select All and click OK.
To see the unassigned skills in the Award, those not taught in any Course, repeat the procedure above in the "Unassigned" column.
To see all the assigned skills in a particular Course, click the filter control at the top of that Course's column and from the dropdown menu select only the "•". If you want to include the pending assigned skills, also select the solid flag icon.
Filtering a Course Skills Sheet
To see the skills assigned to a particular Course Outcome, click the filter control at the top of that Outcome's column and from the dropdown menu select only the "•". If you want to include the pending assigned skills, also select the solid flag icon.
