The Award Dashboard
The Award Dashboard is the starting point for editing and managing the skills in an Award. It gives a quick indication of how well aligned the Award is in the number of unassigned skills.
The Sections of the Award Dashboard
The Award Dashboard is divided into six sections.
1] Header
Displays the Award name and whether it's in the Draft or Published state.
2] Alignment
Displays the number of skills in the Award by alignment status.

NOTE: Skills can have the following Alignment status: Assigned skills are already in at least one Course leading to the Award. Pending skills are awaiting approval by Editors to be included in the Course(s). Unassigned skills are required for a Job Profile the Award is targeting but is not yet in any of the Courses leading to the Award. |
3] Job Profiles
Lists the Job Profiles in the Award on the left and the Job Profile details on the right. At the bottom of the list on the right is another indication of the number of unassigned skills within the Job Profile.
4] Courses
Lists the Courses in the Award on the left and the Course details on the right.
| NOTE: A exclamation point in a circle to the right of the Course title means there is an update to the Course in terms of skills and/or outcomes added or removed. An exclamation point in a triangle to the right of the Course title means the Profile is deactivated. |
5] Details
Displays the Award details including Department the Award is in, the state that the Award is in (Draft or Published), the Editors on the Award and any Tags on the Award.
6] Skills
Lists every skill in the Award, which are organized by skill category. Skills in the list are frequently accompanied by a status flag indicating whether it's an unassigned skill, an additional skill or pending addition or removal.
