Purpose: This document provides step-by-step instructions for publishing, deactivating and deleting a Job Profile in Calibrate.
Audience: This document is meant to be used by Job Profile Editors as part of the Job Profile lifecycle.
Assumptions: The Job Profile you want to deactivate and/or delete has already been published.
Before you begin: The Job Profile you want to publish may or may not be validated. Job Profiles do not need to be validated to be published, although that is best practice.
You must deactivate a Job Profile before you delete it. Once you delete a Job Profile you cannot retrieve it—it will have to be recreated from scratch.
