Instructions:
] On the Skills tab of the Job Profile page, click the New Skills button in the upper right.
] From the menu that appears, click Soft Skill.
] The Create a new Soft Skill screen appears.
] Decide on a Title that describes the Soft Skill. Titles are generally between one and three words long.
] Enter the Title into the Title field.
] As you enter words into the Create a new Soft Skill screen, the Similar Existing Soft Skill list at the bottom of the screen populates with possible existing Soft Skills.
] Scroll through the Similar Existing Soft Skill list and see if the Soft Skill you’re trying to create already exists.
] If it does, click the “+” to the left of the Soft Skill to add it to the Job Profile. You’re done. There’s no need to create the Soft skill. Otherwise continue creating the Soft Skill.
] Enter a brief description of the Soft Skill in the Brief Description text box. The description should include some details about what the Soft Skill includes.
] Click the Submit button. The new Soft Skill is added to Job Profile, as well as the Library to be used on other Job Profiles.
