Purpose: This document provides step-by-step instructions for inviting users to Calibrate and granting them Account Permissions.
Audience: This document is meant to be used by Account Owners. Account Owners are typically administrators and manage your Calibrate account including managing users and permissions.
Before you begin: You should make sure the person you want to invite is not already a user in Calibrate. To do that, navigate to the Account Users list (Accounts > Users & Permissions) list. If they are in the list, there's no need to add them using this User Guide. Simply navigate to the edit page for the Job Profile you want to add them as an Editor to and click the "+" sign next to their name in the Job Profile Editors' list to add them as an Editor.

NOTE: There are two steps to inviting Users. First you must invite them as a User and then you must grant them Account Permissions..
1] After you log in, the SkillsEngine home page appears. To invite a User, on the menu on the left, click the Settings icon.
2] The Settings page appears. In the menu toward the top, if you are not already on the Users and Permissions page, click Users & Permissions.
3] Click the Invite button in the upper right.
4] The Invite New Collaborator window appears. Enter the First Name, Last Name, and Email of the person you want to invite.
Grant Account Permissions
5] Make sure Account is highlighted in the Invite New Collaborator menu.
6] From the Account Role drop-down menu, choose Member.
7] Click the Invite button in the lower right. You’ve created a new User and granted them Account Permissions.
NOTE: If you want to add this new User as an Editor on a Job Profile, navigate to that Job Profile and you’ll now see their name in the Editors list on the right. Just click the “+” to invite them.
