This article walks through the process of editing the details of an existing Award.
NOTE – this article requires at least one published Job Profile and one existing award in your Calibrate account.
First, navigate to the Awards page of Calibrate.
Listed here are the Awards that have been created in your Calibrate account. At the top of the page are the Awards that have been viewed or edited most recently. Below that is a complete list all Awards in your institution’s account.
PRO TIP – clicking the row of an Award will collapse, or expand, that row to reveal or hide the details of that Award.
Click View Dashboard
Click here to navigate into the Award Dashboard and begin editing the details of this award. You can also access this Award's details by expanding a row and clicking on the "Edit Details" link.
Edit Award Details
Here you can edit this Award's title, description, level of study, or the department assignment.
The changes you made to your Award's details have now been saved. You can also edit the Job Profile targets, and courses for an Award. To learn more, reference the "Editing Job Profile Targets" and "Editing Courses on an Award" articles.
