This article walks through the steps to change a user's account permission settings. First, navigate to the Users & Permissions page.
Next, identify which user you need to change account permission settings for and click the edit button on that user’s row.
There are two types of Account Permissions in Calibrate:
- Account Members – can create and revise their own content, but have read-only access elsewhere.
- Account Owners – Calibrate’s admin user setting. Account Owners have access to everything in your institution's account, have the ability to manage account settings, account users, and permission settings.
To change this user’s account permissions, click on the dropdown menu and select the appropriate permission setting.
After making your selection, click on the save button to update this user’s account settings.
This user’s account permission settings have now been updated. Permission settings for Job Profiles, and access to different departments can also be updated here as using the "Edit" button.
