This article walks through the process of editing which courses are assigned to an Award.
NOTE – this article requires at least one published Job Profile and one existing award in your Calibrate account.
First, navigate to the Awards page of Calibrate.
Listed here are the Awards that have been created in your Calibrate account. At the top of the page are the Awards that have been viewed or edited most recently. Below that is a complete list all Awards in your institution’s account.
PRO TIP – clicking the row of an Award will collapse, or expand, that row to reveal or hide the details of that Award.
Click View Dashboard
Click here to return to the Award Dashboard and edit this Award's courses. You can also click on the "Edit Courses" link after expanding the row for an Award.
Click on the Courses Tab
Click here to open the tab to view the Courses in this Award.
Here you'll find the courses that have already been assigned to this award.
Displayed here are all of the courses in your institution's Calibrate account. You can use the search bar for manual searches, or you can use the dropdown menu to filter courses by department.
Click + To Add a Course
Clicking on the + button will add this course into your Award. If you don't have any courses in your account yet, please exit this article and click on the "New Course" button to add a course first.
To remove a course from the Award, first click on the "Edit" button
Click the Trash Can to Delete
Next click on the trash can button to delete the course from this award.
To save your changes, click "Update"
The changes you made to this Award's Courses have now been saved.
