Step 1 Locate the Job Profile
- Click the Profile icon.
- Search for the Job Profile whose skills you want to manage.
- Click the Job Profile title.
Step 2 Manage Skills
- If the Job Profile is in the published state click Revise.
- Click Resolve.
Step 3 Resolve Skill Suggestions
- Make sure Show Status checkbox is checked.
- Locate a skill with a blue status flag.
- Click "✓" to accept the suggestion or "x" to reject it.
- For accepted suggestions, click the right circle if the skill is critical, middle if important and left if beneficial.
- Continue to do all the skills with a blue status flag.
Step 4 Manage Discrepancies
- Click the Overview tab.
- Click Manage.
- Make sure Show Status checkbox is checked.
- Locate a skill with a red status flag.
- In the Editor column, click the right circle if the skill is critical, middle if important and left if beneficial.
- Continue to do all the skills with a red status flag.
Step 5 Finish Managing Skills
- Do nothing to let other Editors manage skills.
- Click Validate to send the Job Profile out for review again.
- Click the three dot menu.
- Click Publish to publish the Job Profile.
